Eligibility
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days in original condition. Refunds for damaged or defective products are available regardless of return status.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items returned with minor packaging damage or missing accessories.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned upon delivery.
